The study asks client participants and their provider to rate a series of positive statements about eleven relationship categories, allowing both sides to assess how effectively you work together and how important each stakeholder group feels understanding the relationship components are to your success. Our experience shows that both parties typically have blind spots that prevent the relationship from working effectively, and that knowing this allows for targeted effort to improve the services and the relationship.
